A Weigh of Life
St. Clair Hospital’s Nutritional Services Department

St. Clair Hospital’s Nutritional Services Department is offering a seven-week weight reduction program entitled A Weigh of Life beginning February 4, 2008. Classes are provided by a registered dietitian, and include nutritional education, weekly weigh-in, individualized meal plans and group support.

Morning and evening sessions are available. Classes offered Fridays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., and Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The fee for the program is $85. Registration is required. To register, call St. Clair Hospital’s Nutritional Services Department at 412-942-2171.

Drew’s Auto Service Moves to New Location

Drew’s Auto Service on Valley Brook Road has been servicing the automotive needs of Peters Township residents for 21 years. Effective January 1, 2008, Drew’s Auto Service will be moving to a new location at 6331 Route 88. Their new location, just past mineral beach, is only 4-1/2 miles from their old site.

Township Board Volunteers Needed

Council is seeking volunteers to serve on the following Township boards: Library Board, Park and Recreation Board and Youth Commission. Interested residents should submit a letter of interest for the respective board and a brief background to the Township Manager, Michael Silvestri by December 31st.

Coach Needed
