Could Clinics be an Answer?
Keeping fit and
eating the “right” food tend to be seen by Americans as two
very independent aspects of the general trend towards staying
healthy. In fact, they are two sides of the same coin.
Fitness experts, nutritionists, even the medical world are
beginning to accept that we have to view our bodies, our minds
and our health in a holistic way — that it, as a unified
whole.
As you’ll notice
in the following pages, Americans have a picture of their own
health and fitness that doesn’t always agree with that of the
experts. By the same token, dieting, using gym equipment,
finding medical help in drug stores are all ideas that need
better managing if we are to get the best out of our health and
wellness decisions.
